I had a wonderful stay at this hotel surrounded by botanical gardens, where I could appreciate over 600 species of plants and numerous birds and butterflies. The rooms were large, spotless, and well-appointed with a nice bed, in-room WiFi, air conditioning, a coffee maker, a hair dryer, and a flat-screen TV. The service was great, with good attention at all times and very helpful and accommodating staff. The location was truly special, overlooking the city with acres of paths through manicured gardens. The dining experience was exceptional, fresh and delicious, making it the best I had in Costa Rica. The facilities were impressive, and the overall stay was fantastic.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were comfy and filled with all amenities one could need. The spacious dining room offered a lovely view through the large picture windows while enjoying superior food at the restaurant with a delightful included buffet breakfast. The only downside was the lack of variety in the breakfast options.
The hotel offers a safe and nice bathroom in the rooms that face the front of the hotel. While the view might not be ideal facing the parking lot instead of the gardens, overall the rooms are highly recommendable.
The junior suite I stayed in had typical international hotel style rooms with spacious layout and good showers, albeit overlooking the car park and road. The room featured 2 large comfortable beds, good facilities including a safe, and a nice bathroom.
